About this item

• VHF marine antenna frequency range: 156-163MHz (covers all marine band frequencies, center frequency point 159.5MHz)
• The antenna radome material is lightweight, strong, white fiberglass with excellent tensile/flexural properties. The antenna mount is lightweight and impact resistant to support the antenna securely. Both are highly resistant to seawater, salt spray and humidity.
• 3.6ft/1.1m tall, 3dBi gain, VSWR nominally 1.5:1 at 159.5MHz, 50Ω impedance, 50W maximum power input-watts.
• Easy install & assembly. Includes 23ft RG-58U coaxial cable end with PL-259 connector for marine radios with SO-239 antenna connector.
• 180 degree adjustable ratchet mount with handle, for deck or side mounting, works perfectly to hold the vhf marine antenna in either the raised position or lowered for travel.
• Ideal for small to medium sized vessels such as yachts, sailboats, fishing boats, patrol boats, the 1.1 meter fiberglass VHF antenna balances performance, size and durability, and is especially suited for offshore, inland waterways and daily operational scenarios.
