• EXCELLENT INVESTMENT, EXTEND DECK LIFE: Wet joists will eventually lead to mold and rot. Joist Tape prevents water from getting under your deck and into the frame, extending the life of your deck. You no longer need to spend a lot of money on your deck, this affordable joist tape provides effective insurance for your deck infrastructure.
• PAPER BACKING, EASY TO PEEL OFF: Unlike other backings, which have only a thin, fragile film, we use high quality release paper, so you can easily achieve the separation of glue and backing, improving your construction efficiency.
• SUPERIOR WEATHER TOLERANCE: With a safe temperature range of -20℉ to 230℉, the Joist Deck Tape is designed to perform reliably in various weather conditions, making it suitable for different climates. However, please note that colder weather will affect the stickiness of the joist butyl tape, please use a hair dryer to soften it before use.
• VERSATILE APPLICATION: Joist tape for decking has strong adhesion and adheres effectively to most surfaces, such as wood, metal, plastic, and rubber. The waterproof flashing tape is suitable for all joists, rim joists, beams, steps, stair stringers, blocking, ledger board, and under joists hangers.
